Which engine case bolt kit do I need?

i found a few online but most don't say what's included, I split my cases and I need the bolts to get the halves torqued back to sped. I don't really care about all the other bolts.

Is this the one?

that appears to be just cover bolts, the case halves take longer bolts than those pictured.
but the description says outer case bolts (visible) which leads us to believe it does not include those inside the stator cover ?
thats incomplete if ya ask me.

I clicked on the alloy boltz store and then yamaha atv kits, to see if they listed other options, it shows zero kits available ?

I know for fact ken uses allen bolts to reassemble all his engines, and even though he only lists the cover bolts on his website....

i'm pretty sure he has and sales the complete kits
give him a call is your best bet, his # is on the website

Thanks I'll look into it. I have a few things I need to get on his site anyways.

I need to find some case dowl pins too but I think I found them.

I'm full of questions now that I'm about to order parts and get this blaster done. I have had it for a 6 months and haven't even rode it yet.

My first question, when I was going to install my crank, I heated the bearings with a small torch and used a infrared thermometer to measure temp of the bearings while heating, turns out it didn't like reading accurately on a metallic surface because it colored the bearing, telling me it got a lot hotter then the 175-200 I was shooting for. Should I get new crank main bearings?

Also discovered my crank is off balance, because it had wobble when spinning. I know it's recommended to rebuild the stocker, but what rod should I buy? Almost seems like it's cheaper to buy a new crank.

those are all good questions i'm sure ken will be more than happy to answer for you when you call.

there are some cheaper cranks than rebuilding yours, cheaper in price....and quality !
nothing like the stock japanese crank

btw, the KOR videos do not show heating the bearing itself with the torch, but heating a dowel pin with the torch then letting the heat slowly transfer to the inner race of the bearing only.
better go back and watch them again and follow exactly how ken does it
