14/40

22x11-8 (soon to have 20x11-8 or so)

theres nowhere for me to ride so i ride through the sandy river

top speed... 1000 mph

i use 14/40, 18x9.5-8 shredders, it is beastly, and the top speed is amazing when i run my 22" tires, idk bout my speed, i'll go take the gps later and clock myself

Front sprocket? 14T

Hub sprocket? 40T

Tire size? Front 19" holeshots rear 20" shredders

Riding style - Trails

Top speed? WOW!!

Front sprocket 14

Hub sprocket 40

Tire size 18x10x11

Riding style (a) Trails/dirt roads

Top speed about 60-65

CFM aluminum air box, uni air filter, Vforce 3 reed system, DMC exhaust system, 66.75 bored over, Vito's +3 crank, 28mm pwk keihin carb, 14/40 sprockets, 450 yfz rear shock, PE Clutch basket.

the only way your running 60-65 with 14/40 and 18's is on a trailer. Your not even close.

At 8500 rpm, 14/40 gearing and 18's your doing 54 mph on a good day...... I did the math

And that is ideal, not factoring parasitic losses, drag,wind resistance etc.

Friends arctic cat tops out at 55 mph and i fly buy him so i have to be doing 56-60 mph at least. Whats the math formula u have so i can see how it goes?

Your honestly going to tell me your spooling 9500 rpm in 6th with the mods you have listed?? Or did you forget to list the PVL ignition, monster carb, custom pipe and some really expensive porting.........

the only math formula.
it is RPM/primary ratio/gear ratio/secondary ratio*(radius of tire * pi)*60 (min/hr)/ 12/5280

so at 9000revs/min you will go 57.7 mph.
in the formula is will look like
9000 (rev/min) * (22/71) * (1/.905) * (14/40) * 3.14 * 18(in) * (60min/hr) * (ft/12in) * (mi/5280ft)

you check it out.

10000 = 64.1mph
9500 = 60.9mph
9000 = 57.7mph
8500 = 54.5mph
8000 = 51.3mph

front sprocket: 15
rear sprocket: 32

top speed 125kmh

Ok I changed it to unknown so lets try to get rid of some of the junk post we got on here so we can get some more sprocket info in here like its intended for.
