I believe they come pre jetted already for there pipe etc.. Along with there own titanium needle. that's if the carb was bought direct from them.. What's in it now? If it is there needle it should be pretty much set up already I would think..

Well first things first. Is it a keihin on Mikuni carb? If its a keihin PWK start with a 50 pilot, cel needle middle slot, and 160 main.

If its a Mikuni wait for somebody that knows mikuni carbs!

Alright, that's what I thought! No such thing as a 36mm air striker. Probably a 35mm. Use my recommendation in post #12 and you will be fine. You can fine tune from there.

I thought that the 36mm would have been a Mukini.

Actually a 160 might be a little lean. Woodrow Wilson runs a 240 ct kit with a +4 crank. He runs a 172 main in his 38mm air striker. Throw a 170 in and plug chop down.
