Just amazing. Imagine designing that? Sorry phragle, I think this guys got ya beat lol.

That's some badass engineering. Each wheel is driven by its own chain. The chains are all driven by a jackshaft located in the center of the truck, right under the driver. I bet the jackshaft is either an extension of a locked/welded-up differential, or perhaps a custom-fab job. This set-up allows for massive, independent wheel arm articulation. Way cool. I wondered how long it would be before somebody made this work...
 
thats a damn mountain goat , i wonder if someone has ever thought to use hydraulic motors to run each wheel independantly , so basically all the engine does is push hydraulic fluid and it all get controlled by valves , downside is pop! there goes all my really needed hydraulic fluid
