I was just thinking at home bored as I dont know what and I was thinking there has to be a way to make a letter saying quads should be legal to ride on any highway and get it signed and vote on it let every forum in the world know and let them vote and let the presedent see it and wonder if he will propose it im jus thinking now can sombody help me get all the kinks out of this so we can see if this can work what we got to lose people B-)

dude id love to have them legal so bad, but it 99% wont happen. Since they have 4 wheels, they are classified as a car, which you need a windshield among other things to make it legal.
