Blaster bogging and jet size

Hi

I was riding my blaster about 6 months ago and suddenly it died. Anyway after 3 months of it sitting there I decided to let a friend look at it to repair it. Long story short he found some kind of key way broken. He replaced it I put it back together and it started up fine. I replaced the fuel cleaned my carb. But I can not get full revs without it bogging. Feels like I have no power bands either when riding. I don’t know if he replaced the head gasket. If he didn’t could this be my problem ? Thanks

Internet humor is a funny thing

Why would you think you need a new head gasket? Did you have the head off ?
More info is needed.
Is the TORS still on? Air filter clean? Did it run perfect before it quit? What’s the total time it sat without running at all?

Take the exhaust pipe off, and make sure you don’t have a mouse house built in it.
What does the plug look like?
What does the spark look like? Fat blue or lazy yellow?
List ALL known mods and carb jets, needle, air screw setting
