i am doing a rebuild on lil brothers 91 blaster.bought bike at police auction and tors was already gone but doesnt have tors eliminator kit on the bike.my question is do i have to buy kit or can i just use regular cap and throttle cable.i do have an extra idle screw kit from when i did my blaster. any help will be appreciated.
