Well the engine rebuild vids that got posted make this seem kinda crappy but figured I'd still share anyways. Everything went smooth with no hickups, well I did manage to lose the ball for the clutch actuator rod. After looking around I found a wheel bearing to a scooter that i stole a ball outta, perfect fit. She fired right up after I remembered to turn the kill switch on lol

My Crank after I sent it out to Vince at Mr.Crankshaft to get rebuilt, he did an excellent job like always, I highly recommend him. He charges $140 for a blasty Crank.

awesome. i am trying to rebuild mine but no funds to buy parts. but ill get her in a while

Ive Ran a tank of gas through it, it runs alright, not 100% though. It starts first kick and idles perfect, but it kinda breaks up in the midrange. The reed block has a little peice of the rubber missing where the reeds seal. I'm gonna get a new cage and go from there.

Piston kit $85
Main bearings $60
Gasket kit $30
Crank Rebuild $160 with shipping
Machine work $50
Vitos full bolt kit was $40 or something like that.
Yamabond, carb cleaner and other stuff was about $25

So about $450 for being a dumbass....... Man I wish I didn't just add that up, Now I feel bad lol That's more then half of what I paid for the bike to start with.
