yesterday i was getting blaster #3 ready checking things over before the next trip, and realised it was ideling really high and wouldn't come down si idecited to do a leak down test. Guess what i have an air leak between the case halfs about 3" below the exhaust port. i WISH it wouls have been the base gasket or reed cage but NO! i have to tear the whole motor apart! well that is going to be my Saturday morning. i am just glad i cought it before we left for a week long trip to the dunes instead of after it seized up.
