i just pulled the blaster apart and saw that the overbore is 67.25mm. or at least i think so. The last 4 numbers on top of the piston were 6725 so that was my guess. correct me if i'm wrong! If not, would it be fine to go to a 68mm? or does any have any other suggestions. I'm porting the jug in the meantime as well and will have it piped, k&n and hopefully get the carb bored to 28mm. I was also wondering if anyone knew of where i could but a cheap throttle valve since my is toast.

stock is 66mm. so 68mm is .080" overbore. that is pretty thin wall on a stock jug.
you could do it, but that is flirting with the unsafe line.

only go one size more than you need to or you loose jug life.
info on bore >http://www.blasterforum.com/engine-13/after-picking-up-your-cylinder-getting-fresh-bore-job-23673/
Bore = 66mm
Storke = 57mm
pi = 3,1416

3,1416 x 6,6 x 6,6 x 5,7 / 4 = 195,00 cc´s
