Does anyone know a good way to do this?

Sadly I have a 97 and my warning decals are not just riveted on plates like on the 99 - 06.

I've been trying to remove them with a razor blade but thats going to take hours.

I've used plyers and just pulled them off I the bottom o the fenders, and they came rite out. To fill te holes, I got mixable epoxy, and I stuffed that in all the holes. Than I waited for it to dry, and sanded the top of the fender where the eloxy is only so it was flush with the plastic. Tha. I just mixed spray paint and painted it on. Took a bit of time, but from a distance u can't notice it as long as u got the rite mix of paint. Also don't try to mix paint with the epoxy. It will turn to putty and never dry. I tried lol
