I am electronically challenged. I would guess no because of the low output of the stator. That is just a guess and not factual though. Somebody will chime in.

i think once you add a battery, the lights draw from it, and the lighting coil and reg/rec just keep the battery charged, so any draw of the lights is off the battery, so as long as the wiring is rated for the wattage used, and the total wattage is within reason of a motorcycle batteries limit, you'll be fine.
