question for all the lifers on bf

Are the case alignment pins really a must have when putting them together? I have new ones for the cylinder but can't find any for the case around here n don't want to order them if I don't really need them. Any input will be most helpful.

They are definitely needed !! you will have big gearbox and crank alignment issues if you don't use them as the tolerances of case alignment are very small.

Well how far are you from KOR? He's in danielstown ct. I'm sure he carries them.

Yes you need them.They are there to align the cases perfectly.If not the cases could move and have issues.I wouldn't risk not using them.I may have a used set here I would have to look.From MA to VT shouldnt take long shipping wise.
