Well the wife and I are curently in the market for our first home... We had have 2 houses fall through, so we are hoping the third time is a charm! The first one failed inspection, and the second one got shown to us but the seller had already accepted a verbal offer... VERY odd situation. We were mad that the real estate agent even showed us the house if it wasn't actually available... Our buyers agent was PISSED and chewed them out lol... So we are hoping that this house will be THE ONE! I get to build a garage for the toys thats all I care about! we put an offer in today so we will hear back within 48 hours... I should have an answer latest (Monday night)... I will keep yall updated.
