hi i am new to this sight but i have been using your post to help me set up and deside what i was going to do with this build.
i am a motorcycle mechanic and i have many vehicles that i am constantly working on but last year our blaster decided to blow up and i got my parents talked into paying for a full custom rebuild.I:I
here are a few pics of the tear down, my custom 4" rear swing arm, home made rear grab bar, fram after powder coat.
let me know what you think! :D

lookin pretty good so far !
did you use tubing inside the swinger extended into the stock pieces ???

the rear break is a trenga racing set up that i got for 50 bucks i am in the process of making it work...

i cut the stock swinger and then fit rectangular tubing into it and then welded a 3/16 plate on the bottom to tie it all together and use the plate for the mounting braket for the shock

here are a few more pics
the swinger after powder coat, the cylinder after i mildly ported it and had rebored and painted, motor back in fram, home made heel guard, and what it started as.

no it is not dial a jet i decided to use the stock oil injection and i needed a way to get the oil into the intake track so i had my uncle put in a barbed fitting for me.

that is an excellent idea. i just hope your pump doesn't fail on you.
