looking for brake caliper

I have an 01 blaster and my brake caliper is sticking. I'm looking to see if anyone has a standard cable brake caliper. My wife tried to ride it and thought the foot brake was the kick start and now it won't release. I've took at apart and backed it down but as soon as it gets tight it won't let go. Please I need help here!!
