I have Vitos 240 BBK, trail ported, Vitos 3 mil crank, head re-chambered, CFM airbox, Vitos Fat Bastard pipe.

I am at 430' elevation

I have a 34MM Keihin PWK. It currently has a 52 pilot, 165 primary, #6 slide and CGL needle. Bought it this way. Do I need to change needle. What jets do you think for that motor?

Regards,
Dave Lemon

First, what is doing or not doing that makes you think that it needs re-jetting ?

Have you done an actual plug chop/read ?

What is your opinion of the Fat Bastard pipe?

I'd say you're going to be in the ballpark for the 240 & vitos, but I wouldn't count on that jetting to be exact and would buy a few different pilots and mains to have ready for final tuning and plug chops

I run a 34K on my stock KOR ported engine.... 48/DGH/155
others @ lower elevation have found a CEL needle to work better, your CGL is close and may work for you @ your elevation ?
