35mm PWK Air Stryker carb

I need suggestions on the pilot main and needle jet and also the slide on a 35mm PWK Air Striker carb. Stock, tha carb has 48 pilot, 160 main, 48-DEK needle and 4.5 slide.
Below are my mods:

Ported Vito's 240 big bore kit
3mm crank
Vito's Fat Bastard pipe
V Force IV reeds
CFM airbox & UNI filter
