Jetting stock blaster, lid off

Do you guys mess with the pilot circuit. I didn't see anything in the SEARCH option about the pilot jet being messed with on a stock motor. I'm at sea level, premix 32:1, UNI filter, stock everything but without lid. Starting with a 260 main, maybe one notch down (middle) on the stock needle, and 1.5 turns. What do you guys think? should the pilot go up one size? just want a solid start before plug chopping. Thanks!

just go to a 250 main...... thats it dont mess with the pilot

Slotting the timming for advancement too. But I don't think that matters. Does that mod like better gass?

when i did a pipe uni filter no airbox lid i did 190 main thats it......
so you shouldn't have to mess with anything else

260 ended up to be slightly not rich enough. Gonna drop the clip to the middle. Maybe try a 270 after that and fine tune with duct tape over the lid holes. .......always loved that method!!
