What is that carb off of ?? Not a stock Blaster carb !!
If the hole in carb is stripped probably need different carb. Don't know if a helicoil or
timesert would work.

That sucks, I've been there. Try heating the area then blowing compressed air from the opposite side. I ended up drilling mine out with a super small drill bit by hand.
