Hi I’m new to the thread . And have a few questions thought maybe a few you fellas could chime in and help me out .. I purchased a pwk 28 mm from Vito blaster parts anyways. I have a fully rebuilt motor and boysen Reed stock bore fmf fatty pipe and fmf Silencer .I can get it to run nice with a 112 main and a 32 pilot with air screw half turn out but that seems lean to me .shouldn’t the air screw be at least 1.5 turns out if I do this it won’t idle .. and bogs Help please.. I know the motors sound it’s was just rebuilt .. HELP

your best bet is to go thru this thread and see if anyone else reported any jetting numbers on the PWK 28 ?

but nobody can tell you exactly what jetting you need for your exact mods, elevation and temps
you need to fine tune it yourself

with that said, I know the pwk 33-35's like 45/48/50 pilots, DGH or CEL needles and 148-158 mains
I can't see the 28mm needing that much leaner jetting as your attempting to use

forget the main until you get the, float height, pilot, and needle jetting correct, then plug chops for the main jetting last

1.5 turns out on the airscrew is a starting point,
turning the airscrew in richens the circuit, as it controls air not fuel
1/2 turn is less air than 2 turns
if it won't even idle between 1/2 and 2 turns out, you need a different pilot (my guess is larger)

jet in this order, get one circuit correct before moving on to the next

3. i'm not sure of the needle required on that 28, I know you can fry it at 1/2 throttle with the wrong one
you can do 1/2 throttle plug chops following the procedure below exactly, but at 1/2 throttle

4. main jetting
