How do i adjust my banshee hydro brake?

Just strapped a banshee brake on my blasterI:I... How do i adjust it so that the pads will open up a lil. The pad is really close on one side.... i Have everthing bolted in place now wanna just give a couple spots some welds and gotta modify the brake pedal a little then i'll get some pics up...

one side of the pad will rub more than the other, but the disc has play and moves freely right

the pads will even out after you put pressure to them, and the disc is what's moveable on a stock blaster carrier and hub, it'll move to center itself as soon as brake pressure is applied
