high idle prob

ok my tor was causing problems so i unpluged every thing now it idles really high even if turn my air/fuel screw out 1 1/2 turns and the idle screw out 1 1/2 turns i kept messing with the best i can get is if turn the air/fuel screw all the way in and pull the choke half on it idles good the actual flat head idle screw will not do anything no matter where i put it and ive tried a quick rev every time i adjust it. should i just get the kit or do u have any cheaper ideas. if so were can i find a good deal on one. thanks

try adjusting your throttle cable up by the throttle thats how have to adjust the idleing on my blaster
