sorry if this is in the wrong section but where do batteries go for your headlight? the blaster i'm getting is a 99' and it has a light with it but no battery.

2-strokes dont have batteries. Your engine powers your stator which powers your lighting coil which powers the light or something like that.
the only time quad or dirt bike ever needs batteries, is when it elect start. If its kick start (like the blaster), the stator provides power for spark, headlight/tail light.
Being a 2stroke or 4stroke has NOTHING to do with it

lights are run off of stators....they are kinda like alternators....but from the looks of your pic you are missing headlight.
