What do i do

I bought this blaster about 2 weeke about the guys said I needed a new stator so I bought a whole electrical kit and plugged it all into the wiring harness but I dont have a key switch or headlight but the blaster barely runs and is super slow firing and doesnt wanna gain rpm or take throttle what could be the problem

Check/delete TORS system.

If that checks out, make sure the exhaust pipe and/or silencer isn't obstructed.

I had retimed my motor by stator and it runs backwards now but runs good now

Runs backwards?? I'm not sure how that is possible as the kicker only kicks it over in the correct direction

I read that it could be a shared woodruff key and sure enough I looked and it 2as shared so I'm getting another key today and trying it
