good ole polk county fl
well my head light was rattling the other day so i wnet to grab it and the bar that it mounts to has shocked me .. and i noticed getting shocked the other day by the frame... coil is tight. plug wire is in good shape head light wires arent frayed wtf?

Start right at the stator and work your way out. Might even have to comepletly strip tape off of harness and re-tape, check all grounds, wires, swtiches. Might as well clean all conections and add dielectric grease to them

Sounds like you've got a ground fault.
Could b several culprits since u r on a welded frame, but also since its your bar that made you the fuse link I would soy probably a short/ loose connection nearby that location. Electricity will take the path of least resistance to ground. BUT anyway regardless if u do as these guys have said and pick a starting point and work your way out checking all wireing and connections u should find your fault. And as stated it will b a great time to check/ and grease all other connections. Best if luck
