Fabbing a custom mag cover

My oem cover was leaky, so I,m going to make a custom aluminum cover.
I got some pictures of my 24gage galvanize pattern and a 11gage pattern I made to se if it will fit. NOW all a need is a 7''x 8''x 2'' thick piece of aluminum and some time..........

I take it it is letting water in to the stator.

This project has not gone anywhere fast..lol.. But now that the motor is out for a piston and rings i can make the pattern better. So i added a new hole to the pattern under the sprocket that was not used on the stock cover. I also fabbed up a pattern for a case saver out of 3/16 thick aluminum.
