Ecatv mounting bracket

Hi guys, ok so I brought a 99 blaster in decent shape and it has the east coast atv rear hydro kit on it but I can't get the brakes to work. Brought a new 03+ brake caliper but the caliper piston doesn't seem to be moving anybody experienced this situation all feedback is appreciated ... not a bad buy for 300 bucks

Sounds like the brake system needs bled ?
if your not familiar with bleeding brakes search for it on youtube, I'm sure there's tons of how to vids on there
