dt200 main jet size difference

found it a bit odd but i pulled the bowl off the carb on my dt200 and the main jet is a 145. kinda weard considering the blaster is 230? and both run the oil injection. motors goin in my blaster and im thinkin rejetting is going to be a must after the pipe etc

just use the stock blaster carb, that's what alot of people do and it won't hurt anything... jet it like you would the blaster and your set!

are these both 26mm mikuni's ????
and could this possibly be due to the dt's water cooling, not needing that much fuel to keep it cool ????

I second AWK. Most likely due to the water cooling. You can run a water-cooled engine leaner on FUEL than the same thing with air cooling...

thats a good point with the cooling its quite a jump in jets . i think ill deffinitly use the dts carb cuz the tores sistem is to annoying on top of the blaster carb. and im not quite sure if the carbs are different sizes or not they look simmler but the tops are abit different. and i dont think they have the same model numbers ive been told the dts carb is better but shes gonna stay with the motor
