Hey guys, looking to buy a new crank. Wanting your opinions. Im looking at a few options

1. +3mm stroker stufffer crank

2. Have Ken rebuild the bad crank in it, while the top end is out being bored over

3. buy an oem

4. buy a used one and risk detonation(never happening lol)

My top two are there.

I guess what im really looking for is your opinions on the stroker.

If you go the +3 route, are you going to be porting or using the spacer plate?

Depends on budget a bit. Don't know difference between rebuilt vs new stroker $$$ wise.
Still have to get brgs and seals no matter which way you go.

I recently did a 3mil with spacer and it seemed to be a little peakier than before. But it had been down for a long time so I may have forgotten how it actually ran, haha.

Hardest part (not really hard) is you have to put crank in one case half, install piston/cyl and check clearance between rod and case at front and rear. Paul at Vito's told me .020 min, so I went .040.

There's no replacement for displacement.;)

there is no better crank than the stocker you already have, have it rebuilt, and you already know where :)
