sorry guys if im getting annoying but im having my first crank install experience, and i got an old crank here and is there any ways to tell if its good or bad??

if the crank turns out bad should i put a hot rod crank in??

thanks again

see if there is play in the bearings or thrust washers, visually inspect it for damage, you may be okay but for the money its sometimes better to just get the hot rods crank from the start

ok, i might just buy an already installed crank in a seperate case so i dont need to buy the crank puller/installer, because i will probably never need it again..
