i noticed after removing my clutch basket for the third time the gear attached to my clutch baskets has movement in the way it is ment to rotate back and forth but no lateral movement (left or right) as if the clutch basket is installed and your sitting on the quad.
i read a little bit bout these rubber gromits that wear out on that gear where the rivits are.
does this still have life in it? movement is bout 1/8" again its movement back and forth the way the gear moves while installed but not towards the the case half and clutch cover as if it were installed.
i just spent the time filing my clutch basket and really hope if keep using it, it will be fine.
