Blaster Fix up!

You may get it out with an easy out but I have never been keen on them, the next thing to do is to drill it out to its tap drill size, pick out the threads and then run the correct tap size through it to clean it up.
Anyone have an idea how to get this bolt out?
Start by soaking it with PB Blaster or simular, let it soak good long while (days) then ez out or left hand drill. Might also heat and PB several times.
Do they make easy outs that small? Because I was thinking that but the only ones I've seen weren't small enough.
