Am I getting bent over?

So I called the local shop to order some parts for my bone stock 06' I got a price of $305 for a full polished pro circut system,$75 pc for 2 ply Ito holeshots tires,and 170 to "dyno my quad to tune it for the right jet" I'm not racing my quad just fartin around in the woods is this really needed, or are they blowing smoke up my butt, and should I trust a 2ply tire??

skip the 2 ply's, go at least 4, i prefer 6 ply's
and skip the dyno tuning, plug chops are sufficient

the more plys the better, less chance of a sidewall failure under extreme conditions or over rough terrain. i have itp holeshots and they are fantastic, they grip like hell in dirt and clay. all around best tire ive bought besides the ams blackwidows, which are great for mixed riding and sand.
like awk said a plugchop is just fine for tuning and jetting, whats your location(elevation) and are you running the stock oil injector or premix?

plug chop was covered above, and is absolutely necessary

stock pilot jet and needle will be fine
search thru this for round about main jetting #'s...................
