Hi, not a long ago I bought Blaster, rode it all day and next day I dismantled it for small works. I replaced air filter, removed carb and cleaned its outside, removed float bowl to check what jet was there, then assembled it ant put into engine, unscrewed mixture screw 2.5 times, by the way, intake manifold is crannied, but I cant see the light watching through clefts in manifold. Mounted silencer on, becouse when I bought him, silencer wasnt connected to fatty pipe. Started engine - it ran unevenly, revving itself, but after some time it wents do work idle clearly, until I touch throttle again. Next day I went to ride it again and after some time happened that what You see in photos - mixture got very lean. What I should check, to get back the right mixture?

Damn lol. That sure did lean out. 2 things come to mind.

1: That "Crannied" intake was a lot worse then you thought. Just because you couldn't see through it doesn't mean it was ok to run.

2: You installed items on your bike that brought in more air. I'm guessing by the thread you didn't set up correct jetting. From there you see the result. What was the size of pilot/main jet?

Looks like it's time for a rebuild. Enjoy the project, get a clymers book, and learn a few things about your engine.

I'm gonna go with air leak. Grab a leak down tester (Awk08 sells them).
