A few questions before I do heat cycles

First off, I have a stock exhaust and the air box lid is on. I have 240 jet in the carb is that good?

Second, I have a brand new gasket on my exhaust. Will my exhaust leak? also will a leaking exhaust blow my blaster?

Third, where does the clamp go?

Fourth, after my engine was rebuilt and torqued to spec I had to loosen a bas nut to put the clutch clamp on. I tightened it but did not torque it.will I have A air leak Sorry for the stupid questions.

Question? >>>> Did you do a leak down test on the engine to verify that there are ZERO leaks? If not, you'll want to do this BEFORE starting your new engine.

Sorry for not putting this in the post but I did not rebuild the engine Ken Oconnor racing rebuilt it for me. I wish I could rebuild a engine as awesome as he does. Ok I will get a leak tester as soon as possible.

if you've tightened many nuts in your life, you may get away with tightening that base nut "by feel"
but using a torque wrench is your best bet.
after the heat cycles, they'll need gone over with the torque wrench anyway.
