So My yamaha blaster won't idle cleaned the carb has the proper jetting made carb adjustments and will not idle I have to constantly give it throttle lightly to keep it running new reeds new air filter everything is torqued to spec would this be a tors issue?

Only if you still have the TORS brick on top of the carb. The idle mechanism gets stripped out. Regardless you should delete the brains. Pre 03-06 unplug the 3wire plug under the hood
