Yes i have it 1.5 turns out

Does the carb flood, is there a restriction in the airbox?

Do not run it without an air filter, bad news!

No it dont flood and iv checked all the hoses and inside the air box and its all clear

Don't just through a filter direct on the carb and run it. It may solve your symptom, but it will not solve the real problem!
