I was having problems with my jetting too, i am tackling it right now... i have the FMF gold header and fmf powercore 2 silencer, i had a 300 in it, that was too rich, i put a 280 in it that was too rich also, i just went to a 240 and i now have plenty of power, i just dont have any jets in...

As you will read in many posts the idle/air screw should be 1.5 turns out. Does it still have TORS or no? The plug might just be the only problem also....

That washer is used to hold the nut that holds your clutch in place... If you do not put this on you could be replacing many parts to include; clutch discs, clutch boss, side cover, etc... Just drain it and undo the pressure plate and install the washer. It might take 10 minutes max...

I had a similar problem a couple weeks ago... replace the reeds and you should be good... also make sure the reed has the metal piece to prevent it from bending too much.

???? If somebody wants any of it I will sell it to them at a cost that they think is fair. I am just trying to get rid of this stuff because it is taking up room in my garage, and other people might need it more than my garage does...LOL
