Hey all,
I'm rebuilding a 2005 that I got (all blown up) and my schematics don't match the what's left of the original wiring. In some cases colors are wrong and other cases there are colors in the harness that don't exist in the schem.
Also, there's a CDI box nearly the size of a cigarette pack and no separate TORS module.

TORS and oil tank were deleted and the harness was hacked pretty bad. The front headlight and rear tail light (anyone got one?) were chopped out also. I wanna replace the lights and the missing light/kill switch with the stuff off my earlier build: http://www.blasterforum.com/full-rebuilds-128/if-you-give-mouse-cookie-29774/index14.html#post518376

Anyone know of a good LED Tail/brake light for this either?

I already posted in the headlight thread , but I'll copy relevant info here.

The 03+ blasters had the TORS system built into the CDI box. To delete TORS on those there is a wire you need to connect. Not sure which but a search here on the forums should find that out quick.

Also here is a link to the manual supplement for 03+. Should have the schematic you need.

Thanks for all the help people. Thanks to the schematic, I already tied the yel/blk TORS wire coming out of the CDI unit* to ground. That way I could re-use the connectors from the carb and the throttle switches to reconstruct other parts of the harness.
