Here's the inverted artwork for white ink, mesh count dropped even further to 155, white hates to flow through high mesh counts without LOTS of finesse added to make it like soup which will kill its opacity and cause the shirt to bleed through. Pictures below.

Your local hardware store may sell woodruff keys if you dont want to pay out the nose for shipping on a .80c item, my local True Value has a small metal tin on the rack near the nuts and bolts that has roughly 20 different style woodruffs.
