What happens when a Vitos stuffer crank explodes?

Tore into my sons motor to see what the hell happened, and the mutha F'n stuffer in the crank blew apart, took the cases out, bent the web and scored The piston real bad! To all of those that don't want to run weisco forged, your a fool! Not one piece of piston broken, but the bottom end is sh*t the crank is bent and if my son would of rode it just a bit more probably would of disintegraded!

Pieces of the web are melted and stuck in the transfer ports!

I've run the heck out of my vito's +3mm. I wonder if the piston seized and threw the blocks or if the blocks threw and locked up the engine.....

Just wondering, how old is the crank? How many hrs on it?

UMMMM I'm gonna say about 100-140 hours in the last two seasons!

pics of the "plastic" stuffers exploded please, as i knew it was coming someday, from someone who actually puts some hours on their bike, not just a weekend every 6 months

take note, the piston is intact, and did not drop a skirt to cause the stuffers to detonate

I'll go dig them out of the transfers!! give me a minute!

Ok these two pieces were in the transfwers the rest is at the bottom on the cases and in my tranny!

This is the second piston for this cylinder however If you remember i four corner siezed the first one after about 40 hours of riding due to lack of warm ups!
