I did the fiberglassing today, im gonna let it cure overnight

took it off of the mold today, and brought the paint off with it lol, so we scraped all the paint of of it, and trimmed it to the right shape and this is how it sits

thats 2 layers of cloth, and it is so thin.... I just went out and added another layer then im gonna sand it an paint it....

if thats your final part then throw some chop mat on the inside to strengthen it...that way it wont be prone to cracking it looks great!!

just got done sanding it after I added another layer of cloth, im gonna paint it tomorrow...

painted it today, and im gonna clear coat it tomorrow.


this paint it so glossy it looks wet, but it is totally dry.

so, I should be able to put it on by friday...

yeah, I just got my precision steering stabilizer today and got it on.
it was poring down rain all day, so when I get this done on friday I will throw it on and take it to the track

im not gonna do it to this hood, but im gonna start on a new one as soon as this one is done that will have a mesh scoop in it

I did a base layer of white krylon fusion for plastic, then I used rustoleum auto spray paint, and im gonna use rustoleum glossy clear coat.

I put it on today, im not gonna clear coat it, I only have 2 races left this season, them im gonna strip it and re paint it and maybe ad a scoop not sure... lol
