High idle, Help- TORS?!?!!

on 03+ models, it is built into the cdi unit and cannot be removed
it must have the yellow/black stripe wire and black wire cut and connected together
for 88-02 models it is a seperate 3 wire unit located right above the 5 wire cdi box and can just be unplugged
be sure you're veiwing the correct years removal diy
