Vitos make a kit, just the sleeve and piston and such...You can get them off of ebay or vitos website. But, when you get the sleeve it costs a good amount of money for you to get your stock head bored out and the sleeve pressed in. I would rather go with a full Vitos 240 kit or better than that a LA sleeve kit.
CT would be the best way to go but its expensive. If you get the vitos kit make sure you get the forged piston.

yea i was leaning towards the la sleeve kit with the wiesco piston,theres a machine shop in town that will put it in for 125
