I took my 2005 blaster to a shop to get the Top end looked at. The mechanic said the piston needed to be bored. Its been 2 weeks and i havent heard anything back yet is this normal?

What cause the kickstart to be hard when you tighten the cylinder header bolts but when you loosen them the kickstart go freely like it supposed to move that's allow air to go to the piston that make the engine not to start. what's the solution?
