I figured out the problem.. I must have turned the wrong screw at sone point..which happens to be the screw that turns that pin in the carb throat. It is slightly crooked, but that screw is about worthless and starting to strip..how the heck do I get that to turn now? :/ I disabled the tors...

I'll look at it again. It didn't seem to want to line up as you described. The slide wouldn't quite go all the way into the throat. I'll check it out again. To remove the tors system, I simply can splice the wires together on the carb side and on the throttle side, correct?

It only goes in one way, correct? There are two notches. One is the entire length of the slide and doesn't fit right. The other is larger but only about half of the length of the slide, which fits perfectly, but there's no pressure behind the thumb throttle whstsoever. If you remove the slide it...

Well I assume it is is a fuel problem but it's getting to the bowl and the internals all look clean so I'm not sure what the issue is. To clarify, it was 2 stroke mix. I poured a bit right out of the tank (I premix)

I let it sit and tried again today. Still won't start. How would I know if its the flywheel thats causing the issue?

No offense taken. Tried 2 different meters. Set to 2k ohms. All wires disconnected and according to the above tests. It doesnt read at all on either meter on either set of wires. Surely it would read something even if it were faulty though right?

I tested the stator wires. Not getting ANY ohm reading on either wire. Am I missing something or is the stator just shot?

Yeah. The piston was melted at the top and the cylinder wall was pretty hosed.

Well you guys were right. Tested compression and it only had 25psi. Dropped it off to have the bore looked at and top end ordered.
