Chain Wax spary works good for me, I used oil as the manuel suggest once,but it just slung oil everywhere and dirt etc stuck to the chain more than the spray.

Agree with the other guys, clean it really really good, take good pics, check Craigslist for other Blasters & prices. Ask $1500, but you may only get $1000-$1300. good luck

Ok, so unhook the key switch wires, tape them up(apart)and all I need to start the blaster is the on/off switch?

Ok, so the blaster will start without it? How exactley does that happen?

Has anyone had this problem, I removed the cover to adjust the handlebars, it was already mangled up pretty good, I made it worse trying to tighten the handlebar bolts. Can you even buy these, or should I just go without the cover?

I was thinking of the twist myself, now I am not so sure. I have not rode in a while, so after a 3-4 hour ride this weekend, my thumb was toast, so I thought about going to the twist to control thumb fatigue, I may keep the thumb throttle now.

Just got a Blaster a few months ago, the handlebars seem to be out just a little far, is there a way to bring them in? I see the 2 allen screws on top, but that did not seems to do anything. Not sure if those are just for the black cover or.....

I have the same problem. I just changed the oil and cleaned the outside of the glass, but can't see shi..... Looks like I am taking off the cover and cleaning the inside. Better safe than S.O.L.....
