How much is it worth? 2000 Banshee/NEW

I went to Dallas for New Years, I brought my blaster to go ride with a friend who has a dirt bike, after riding all day , we get home, and my friends neighbor sees us unloading. He calls us in his garage to check something out, he had a tarp over the mysterious item, he takes the cover off, and BAM, it a 2000 Yamaha Banshee ,that look brand new, not almost new, brand new. No ware on the tires , no rust, no paint missing and not even one small boot rub mark on the frame,nothing. NEW... He said he paid $6000 in 2000, was looking to get rid of it. What do you guys think its worth?

Brand new with no scratches or anything, he can ask $3,000-$3.500.

He's probably not going to get that unless the right person happens along but he can start there.

Blue, no scratchs or anything. I got the feeling he wants $3000, but would take less if the cash was in his face, its just taking up space in his garage.
