both front brakes sticking after changing bearings

Both of my front pads went bad. When I jacked it up I realized the bearing was out on one side. Its my first bearing job but everything went together good. Now bot front tires are sticking. They still roll I only noticed it when I was coasting down hill. When I jacked it back up I realized they don't spin very easy. I proble shouldn't have but I used an inpact putting lug nuts and axle nut. Does anyone have any sugestions? The Brake fluid is correct. O yea I have a 2003 blaster
